Data Usage & Protection Policy

Quantstack is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture. This Data Policy outlines how we handle data within our local LLM and Vector Database solutions, ensuring your data sovereignty and security.

1. Local Execution Principles

Our Core Promise: Your data remains within your infrastructure. Quantstack models and vector engines run locally on:

  • Your private cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • On-premise servers and data centers
  • Edge devices and air-gapped systems

Zero External Transmission: We do not transmit your inference data, embeddings, or model outputs to external servers. All AI processing happens within your controlled environment.

2. Data Ownership and Control

You retain complete ownership of:

  • Training Data: All datasets used to fine-tune your models
  • Vector Embeddings: All semantic representations stored in your vector database
  • Model Weights: Custom fine-tuned parameters specific to your use case
  • Inference Results: All outputs generated by your deployed models
  • Workflow Data: All information processed through agentic workflows

3. Model Training Data Usage

No Training on Customer Data: Yedni Networks does not use your data to train our foundational models without your explicit, written consent. Your fine-tuned models are exclusive to your organization.

Custom Model Training: When you engage our services for custom model training:

  • Training occurs within your infrastructure or isolated environments
  • Resulting models are delivered exclusively to you
  • Training data is never shared across customers
  • We maintain strict data segregation protocols

4. Data Processing Principles

Our data processing adheres to the following principles:

  • Purpose Limitation: Data is processed only for specified, legitimate purposes
  • Data Minimization: We collect only necessary data for service delivery
  • Accuracy: Systems are designed to maintain data accuracy
  • Storage Limitation: Data retention aligned with your policies
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Robust security measures protect your data

5. Security Measures

Quantstack implements enterprise-grade security standards:

  • Encryption: Data encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols
  • Access Controls: Role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication
  • Audit Logging: Comprehensive activity logs for compliance and monitoring
  • Vulnerability Management: Regular security assessments and penetration testing
  • Incident Response: Established protocols for security event handling

6. Multi-Tenant Isolation

For shared infrastructure deployments, we ensure:

  • Logical data partitioning between tenants
  • Dedicated vector namespaces per organization
  • Isolated model inference pipelines
  • No cross-tenant data leakage

7. Data Portability and Deletion

Export Rights: You can export your data at any time in standard formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet) for portability to other systems.

Right to Deletion: Upon request, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Compliance and Certifications

Quantstack is designed to support compliance with:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
  • HIPAA (for healthcare deployments)
  • SOC 2 Type II standards
  • Industry-specific regulations (financial, legal, etc.)

9. Third-Party Integrations

When Quantstack integrates with third-party systems:

  • Data processing agreements are established
  • Only necessary data is shared with explicit consent
  • Third parties are contractually bound to data protection standards
  • Integration points are secured with encryption and authentication

10. Transparency and Accountability

We maintain transparency through:

  • Clear documentation of data flows and processing
  • Regular privacy impact assessments
  • Customer-accessible audit logs
  • Appointed Data Protection Officer for inquiries

11. AI Ethics and Bias Mitigation

We are committed to ethical AI practices:

  • Bias detection and mitigation in model training
  • Fairness assessments for critical applications
  • Explainability features for model decisions
  • Human oversight mechanisms for high-stakes use cases
